Porter Consulting Engineers have completed infill developments across the Perth metropolitan area, covering all Local Authorities ranging from Mandurah to the south, Pinjarra and Middle Swan in the east, and various suburbs within Wanneroo to the north.  

PCE has completed several high end infill subdivisions in some of Perth’s most affluent suburbs including Applecross, Cottesloe, Dalkeith, Peppermint Grove and Mosman Park. We have also completed larger infill developments in areas such as Armadale, Silver Sands and Swan.

We have completed infill developments for our Local and State Government clients as well as private developers, ranging from our “mum and dad” client to well established land developers.

Development Constraints

Infill subdivisions can be complex due to the brownfield nature of the site.  There are many constraints which could impact on the timely and successful delivery of the project. These constraints include:
